This typically consists of a phone conversation to get a basic understanding of your background, skills, compensation and expectations. If we don’t have a current or anticipated opportunity that matches up with your expectations, we will defer going to the next step in the process to ensure we don’t waste your time and will reestablish contact once we have identified a viable opportunity.
Each candidate has different goals, expectations and preferences, which why we require all candidates that we are going to represent to spend time meeting directly with one of our staffing experts. Understanding what your specific goals are, and having you clearly define what type of opportunity would be attractive to you, is the foundation for our partnership.
In order to register, we typically would ask that you come into our office, complete the registration paperwork, spend time meeting with one of our consultants and allow us to get to know you on a personal basis.
Presenting Your Resume
As opportunities surface that match your stated objectives, we will always contact you to discuss the position and get your approval prior to submitting your resume. Assuming that we are in agreement that the job opportunity appears to be a fit for all parties involved, we will proceed with presenting your resume to our client.
If the client chooses to move forward with the process, we will coordinate an interview that can take place over the phone, in our office or at the company’s location.
Subsequent to the interview, we always ask that you contact us immediately to provide feedback regarding the discussion. Your honest assessment of the interview, position, work environment, location, level of interest and concerns are necessary to ensure we can attain both of our business objectives, and will enable us to best represent your interests going forward.
