Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a sharp and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant! Must be accustomed to a fast-paced environment.
**Will support this executive environment. Professional attire is required
Contract role, indefinite with potential
$15-17/hour
Job Requirements:
- Greeting visitors and guests
- Assist team members with sending letters and packages
- Routing phone calls efficiently
- Process incoming mail and overnight priority documents
- Managing calendars in Outlook
- Scheduling meeting rooms and/or coordinating luncheons
- Supporting Office Manager and all team members
- Other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma is required
- Must be professional and polished in appearance
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and able to pick up new technology quickly!
