Complete duties such as coordinating subcontractors, processing invoices, maintaining databases through QuickBooks, collecting expense data, recruiting and training employees, and stocking office with supplies.

  • Monitor company contracts – AIA
  • Process billing and upkeep of all company documents
  • Arrange project schedules
  • Supervise and monitor administrative staff
  • Manage office budgets
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Assisting the company’s HR function – keeping all personnel records up to date
  • Other duties as needed


Success in this role:

  • Experienced in managing company records with QuickBooks
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Must be willing to work in office
