HR Assistant – Downtown Houston

Interviewing now!  Seeking an HR Assistant to mentor and develop to cover a 6-month maternity leave, starting in January. This would be a fantastic opportunity to train with one of the top HR teams in the O&G industry. 
 
$17-20 hour depending on experience

Job Duties:

  • Assist with all HR administrative and clerical duties
  • Support HR team with departmental objectives and projects
  • HR scheduling of interviews and meetings
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Greet visitors, answer department phones and route calls as needed
  • Will train with current HR team before a maternity leave
     

Qualifications:

  • Recent college grad preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude, a go getter!
  • Intermediate Word, Excel
  • MUST HAVE: Experience in Workday HRIS

Work schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5 pm
$10 daily downtown parking paid
