Contract to Hire Accountant Needed ASAP 

Downtown or Woodlands Location options 

To 30$ hourly  

Must be fully vaccinated (including Booster if qualifies) per company policy. 

 ***Bilingual (English – Spanish) Highly preferred 

Needed Relevant experience must include:  

• GL accounts reconciliation: not just AR or AP but other GL accounts in the balance sheet such as Fixed Assets, Inventory, Cash and Banks, Accruals, Debt, Income Statement Accounts, etc. 

• Variance Analysis: Analyze variances between months, quarters or years and provide explanations to management identifying potential errors and areas of improvement 

• Excel pivot tables, reports, charts, etc. 

• 5+ years of experience 

• Degree in Accounting or Finance 

 Additional Qualities for Success: 

• Proactive, self-starter and detailed oriented.  

• Add value to the fast pace growing company by proposing process improvements. 

Daily activities will include: 

• Cash and Banks reconciliations 

• Amex expenditures reconciliations 

• Intercompany reconciliation 

• Variation analysis 

• Speak to our local teams to understand different parts of the accounting and variances 

• Prepare and present reports including explanations
