**Ideal candidate will have more accounting-related experience versus supply chain**
Duties:
- Administer budgets and contracts, generate reports, and other key administrative processes of community maintenance and contract administration
- Generate and distribute Schedule A contracts
- Maintain plan budgets through contract change process
- Ensure all budgets and affected lots are updated according to contract change request
- Conduct monthly review of rebate tracking system data
- Utilize enterprise Purchasing and Accounting systems to input received data and generate and distribute reports
- Support vendor payment inquiry process through review and validation of contract status and amount
- Work in conjunction with National Financial Services group and Division/Area teams
- Perform record retention duties and handle report generation
- Perform related administrative/clerical duties
- Issue purchase orders, change order, and Variance POs to vendors
- Load monthly price changes into system
- Ensure invoice accuracy with accounting, problem-solving, and appropriate cost coding with multiple projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school requires
- Minimum of 1 year experience in contract administration and/or related construction general office experience
- Strong technical skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; spreadsheet savvy
- Organized, prioritize, problem-solve, strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality work
- Team player spirit, collaborative, and excellent communication skills
- High volume of daily tasks and need a multi-tasker who can deliver upon deadlines, but also remain flexible to daily items that arise
