**Ideal candidate will have more accounting-related experience versus supply chain**

Duties:

  • Administer budgets and contracts, generate reports, and other key administrative processes of community maintenance and contract administration
  • Generate and distribute Schedule A contracts
  • Maintain plan budgets through contract change process
  • Ensure all budgets and affected lots are updated according to contract change request
  • Conduct monthly review of rebate tracking system data
  • Utilize enterprise Purchasing and Accounting systems to input received data and generate and distribute reports
  • Support vendor payment inquiry process through review and validation of contract status and amount
  • Work in conjunction with National Financial Services group and Division/Area teams
  • Perform record retention duties and handle report generation
  • Perform related administrative/clerical duties
  • Issue purchase orders, change order, and Variance POs to vendors
  • Load monthly price changes into system
  • Ensure invoice accuracy with accounting, problem-solving, and appropriate cost coding with multiple projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school requires
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in contract administration and/or related construction general office experience
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; spreadsheet savvy
  • Organized, prioritize, problem-solve, strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality work
  • Team player spirit, collaborative, and excellent communication skills
  • High volume of daily tasks and need a multi-tasker who can deliver upon deadlines, but also remain flexible to daily items that arise
