Property Manager | Bookkeeper | Office Manager

**New team member will wear many hats affording growth, learning, and development


Property Management

  • Manage approximately 8 properties with 60+ tenants to include   
  • Ensure excellent tenant relations and communications; provide exemplary service
  • Manage payables
  • Execute rent collection via Rent Manager software
  • Handle property-level accounting and expense reconciliations
  • Handle diverse reporting functions

Office Manager

  • Provide small office support for a team of 3–5
  • Answer incoming calls, take detailed messages, and/or provide support
  • Maintain office supplies and organization


  • Support with accounting-related duties
  • Handle parent company payables via QuickBooks
  • Prepare draw requests for bank loan advances


  • High school diploma required; college preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks experience; rent and property management software preferred; tech savvy 
  • Combined property management, bookkeeping, and administrative skills
  • Must be dependable, honest, proactive, and able to maintain confidential information
  • Team player with ability to develop, maintain, and grow relationships; customer service-centric
  • Produce quality, accurate, and efficient work; organization is key
