Marketing Coordinator
Direct Hire; up to 65K + bonus

Duties:
- Responsible for all marketing and advertising of properties in investment sales division
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Produce professional and compelling marketing materials to include proposals, flyers, offering memorandums and email campaigns
- Promote brand awareness in market through press releases, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising
- Market and advertise all current and future properties through creation of Broker’s Price Opinions, Offering Memorandums, email marketing campaigns, etc.
- Manage and maintain email marketing schedule for all properties
- Ensure brand standards are upheld throughout all creative assets
- Work closely with analyst team to develop copy for marketing collateral
- Write and send press releases
- Coordinate with professional photographers to schedule property photoshoots; edit photography for marketing collateral
- HTML code email campaigns
- Manage property listings on website and on 3rd party websites
- Run research reports and run demographics for current and future listings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with focus on writing, marketing, or graphics; Associates Degree in Graphic Design or Marketing
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and operate with optimal focus
- Skills in Microsoft Office Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver/Microsoft Expression Web
- MUST be energetic and friendly; flexible, accommodating, and willing to support with any task large or small
