Credit/Collections Analyst – Remote

Must live in Houston area

Remote role but may possibly be 1 day in the office in the future

Job Description:

• Effective communication skills, Detail oriented, Organized, Prioritization skills, Multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ability to follow issues to conclusion and escalation
• Understanding account reconciliations such as ERS, Unapplied Cash, short and over paid invoices
• Recommend credit limits or credit holds for accounts in the portfolio.
• Four year degree or 5+ years of credit and collections experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)
• Basic understanding of credit reports (DNB, Financial Statements)
• Ability to conduct customer meetings.
• Knowledge of SAP, High Radius, Sales Force is a plus
• Customer Portals such as Ariba, Open Invoice, Isupplier
