Financial Analyst – Western Hemisphere

Direct Hire – up to 95K + bonus

North Houston

**M-Th in office; Friday remote

**Seeking a proactive business partner, self-starter, and someone who can make decisions; strong business acumen with ability to speak up, investigate issues, and partner with other divisions successfully

Duties:

• Leads business planning and financial reporting for Western Hemisphere
• Deliver monthly performance reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting for Western Hemisphere product lines and regions
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting exercises working alongside the Western Hemisphere organization to complete accurately and timely
• Calculate and communicate sales professional incentives
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations for various assigned accounts
• Provide monthly flash forecasts for business units
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization and develop models that help with decision-making

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively more responsibility within a finance function and extensive experience using ERP and EPM systems
• Advanced Excel; working knowledge of SAP, BOBJ and BPC
• Strategic planning and organizing; problem solving and decision making
• Risk identification and assessment
