Job duties:

  • Answering, screening, and directing phone calls
  • Organizing, filing and record keeping
  • Data entry, some accounting
  • Distribute mail, sign for packages and deliveries
  • Order supplies and maintain office equipment
  • Coordinating meetings and training courses
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Additional projects as requested


  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Working knowledge Microsoft Office
  • Use filing system to file (95% computer based i.e. scan and file on server)
  • Assist with any accounting or safety projects
  • Close knit office team with a great family feel

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Temp to Hire, 3-4 month timeframe
