Account Manager – 2 openings

Direct Hire; up to 75K base + lucrative commissions/SPIFS  


**MUST have SALES experience in healthcare and/or corporate – workplace solutions

**Seeking passionate and skilled hunters!! 


  • Responsible for all project and daily work order activities, sales and marketing, and full customer satisfaction for those accounts
  • Manage project team for large or multiple accounts
  • Infiltrate end user targets on assigned accounts to put company first as a service provider in Houston
  • Responsible for Sales & Business Development – market full range of products and services to customer
  • Manage sales orders – develop plans and product specifications; produce detailed, accurate, and professional quotes through own effort or in conjunction with dealership personnel (designers, project managers, etc.), and present to customer in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with client and third-party firms, including A&D firms, interior contractors, electrical and communication engineers, customer’s IT group, etc.
  • Act as single point of contact for coordinating dealer activities, services, orders, and personnel for assigned account; responsible for account team performance, including marketing and operational decisions
  • Oversee all customer projects and work orders; direct dealer team for implementation of customer orders and service requests
  • Ensure standards of quality and performance are met for all customer work activities


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Marketing, or relevant field PREFERRED
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales with focus on marketing, branding, interior design, and architecture
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite; Cap 20/20, CET Designer, and Team Design or CORE A PLUS
  • MUST be confident in getting business and design; MUST be a HUNTER
  • Project coordination and organizational skills A MUST; attention to detail and dependability
  • Team player, positive spirit, and passionate

  • Earning potential is 6-figures; 5M sales can make 200K with base/commissions
