Customer Care Agents – Northwest Houston
**Evening and Weekend Shifts**

Temp to hire

$15 hour, 40-hour work week

Our client handles a high volume of on-demand medical pick-up and deliveries in the Houston area per day. They need a strong customer service professional to join the team. The successful candidate will be dependable, reliable and nimble.

Requirements:

• Take orders from medical clients via phone and email. (Such as labs, doctor's offices and hospitals)  
• Receive and process phone and email orders
• Intake client information to clarify deliveries
  • Ask customer questions to determine requirements:
    • Time frame (how fast)
    • Any other special requirements for delivery
• Coordinate with dispatchers to:
  • Confirm driver availability to meet customer requirements
  • Adjust timeframe based on traffic, etc. 
• Data entry of order information into dispatch system

Requirements:

• Fast and accurate typing (minimum of 35 wpm) – very important!
• Strong telephone skills – answering and talking with clients
• Team environment – must be able to work closely with team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent multi-tasking abilities and problem solving skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with experience communicating with clients
• Composing emails to clients and vendors

Shifts available:
Sunday-Thursday x2 – 7pm-4am or 8pm-5am or 9am-6pm

Tuesday-Saturday x1 – 7pm-4am

Friday-Monday x1 – 12pm-11pm (4-10s)

Pay rate:  Starting at $15/hr and increase at 90 days to $16/hr for the right candidates
