Contract Administrative Assistant Needed ASAP

Duties

  • Oversee all administrative activities in support of engineers or engineering departments as they work on construction and other projects.
  • Schedule meetings and organize calendars.
  • Answer phones and direct calls to the proper party or take a message.
  • Respond to routine inquires and correspondence and send email, faxes and mail.
  • Create reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Conduct research for articles and papers.
  • Assist and proof all bids and outgoing correspondence.
  • Compile procedure manuals
  • Other projects as needed

Education

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office ( including Outlook calendar)
  • 3+ years in a highly organized professional setting (Legal, Execu Assistant or Engineering)
  • Organized with excellent command of language and punctuation
