Bilingual Front Desk Office Assistant Needed ASAP

Main duties:
- Maintain our lobby area
- Greet customers and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
Other job tasks:
- Distribute and post daily mail
- Some data entry and light accounting
- Complete supply order
- Hand out checks to personnel
- Other office tasks as needed
Additional Skills Needed:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- HS Diploma
- Mature, professional, and dependable with a
Great Positive Attitude - Wonderful communication
- 1+ year of professional administrative experience (preferred experience in engineering or construction office)
