Bilingual Front Desk Office Assistant Needed ASAP

Main duties:

  • Maintain our lobby area 
  • Greet customers and clients
  • Answer and direct phone calls

Other job tasks:

  • Distribute and post daily mail
  • Some data entry and light accounting
  • Complete supply order
  • Hand out checks to personnel
  • Other office tasks as needed

Additional Skills Needed:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • HS Diploma
  • Mature, professional, and dependable with a
    Great Positive Attitude
  • Wonderful communication
  • 1+ year of professional administrative experience (preferred experience in engineering or construction office)
