Marketing Assistant – In-Office

Direct Hire; up to 55K

City Centre area

Duties:

  • Responsible for marketing of properties
  • Produce professional and compelling marketing materials to include proposals, flyers and email campaigns
  • Promote brand awareness in market through press releases, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising
  • Manage and maintain email marketing schedule for all properties
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld throughout all creative assets
  • Work closely with team to develop copy for marketing collateral
  • Manage property listings on website and 3rd party websites
  • Run research reports and demographics for current and future listings
  • Update LOI’s, CA’s, monthly progress report and prepare submittal items
  • Provide receptionist support and support admin/office manager with mail, AV assistance and in planning company events

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; college preferred
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and operate with optimal focus
  • Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Earth, Bluebeam, Sites USA
  • Must be energetic, friendly, and willing to support with team initiatives
