Senior Staff Accountant Opportunity:

Seeking a Senior Staff Accountant who is motivated to work with a highly collaborative team to help lead the accounting efforts for our rapidly growing business. Seeking a self-motivated, hard worker who possesses extremely high standards of accountability and trust worthiness.


• Monthly financial worksheets and reports used to determine monthly revenue recognition

• Monthly forecast reports using Revenue Schedules in Function Point (company software)

• Prepare Month-End Journal Entries

• Manage Fixed Asset Report

• Responsible for preparation and review of client billing using FunctionPoint & QuickBooks

• Manage staff accountant and other junior accounting roles

• Work with Account Service, Digital, and Production Teams on accounting for jobs and job status

• Special Projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate knowledge of Excel required

• Experience with QuickBooks preferred

• Ability to interact professionally with vendors, clients, and internal team to constructively resolve issues

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Seeks ways to improve upon accounting processes and procedures

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

• At least 3-4 years of experience as a full cycle accountant encompassing monthly journal entries,

account reconciliations, and revenue recognition required

• Marketing agency experience is a plus, but not required

Training and Hybrid Schedule:

Candidate will need to be able to work in the Fort Worth office M-F. Once trained the position may move to a hybrid schedule with 2 days remote and 3 days in the office. Our office hours are 8:30 – 5:30pm. Once an employee moves to a hybrid schedule, they are required to be in the office every Monday and not take two back -to-back days remote in a row.
