Contract to hire Customer Service Rep Needed ASAP

77031 – Southwest Houston

In office role, with early release on Fridays!

17$ hourly + great commission structure incentive

(Business casual environment)

 

Responsibilities:

  • CRM with both established customers and future customers. (warm calls)
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers on a monthly basis.
  • Reach out to new potential customers. (40 calls per day)
  • Responsible for sending out marketing materials, providing quotes, answering questions as the expert, closing the sale and service after the sale if needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and manage a pipeline of clients all organized in an ACT (Database)
  • Identify, establish and maintain relationships with the decision makers
  • Answer and assist customers with their current and future orders
  • Become an expert on our products; assist customers with their purchases
  • Achieve and consistently exceed quarterly sales goals
  • Organization, strong work ethic and tenacity are key traits
  • Effective time management
  • Team player and support for overall success

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma
  • Great communication both written and verbal
  • Must have proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Prefer ACT and Quickbooks experience but will train
