Inside Sales / Technical Support- VALVES – Fully In-Office
Direct Hire; 65K to 95K (based on experience)

**NO outbound sales/cold calling
**Steam trap valve experience required for one opportunity
**Safety relief valve experience required for one opportunity
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer service calls/emails and review incoming RFQ’s
- Analyze customer specifications and requirements for suitability with products via review of customer supplied technical data
- Ensure quotes and orders are done efficiently
- Provide product technical support and quotations/product datasheets
- Provide support with commercial and technical issues
- Partner with intercompany departments to support customer requirements
- Assist sales personnel, distributors, and end-users; ensure order accuracy and proper order flow to meet delivery commitments
- Maintain CRM database and input customer data; maintain accurate and organized records
- Maintain knowledge of products, market, industry trends, and competitors
- Promote and maintain a strong customer service image to customers
- Gain and retain extensive product selection application knowledge and comprehension of customer requirements
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related is required
- 3 – 5 years related industrial sales/support experience – safety relief valves, control valves, steam traps, or triple offset butterfly valves
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Knowledge of control valve, steam equipment, and safety relief valves, ASME code, API, and valve sizing software a PLUS
- Positive and confident attitude with excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, collaboration, and commitment to growth and development
- Ability to manage high volume, multiple competing priorities, and customer requests, while maintaining a positive, courteous, and professional attitude
- Self-starter, detail oriented, excellent time management, and strong organizational skills
- Experience in inside sales/customer service role is a plus
- Ability to speak Spanish or German a PLUS
