Customer Service/Payroll Assistant
Temp to Hire – 77098 (3 month, temp-to-hire)
Pay rate up to $14 hourly


Schedule: M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (possible OT (5-10 hours/week), which can be completed after 5 pm or on Saturday)

Duties: will assist clients w/ any payroll or invoice details
* Answer incoming calls
* Trouble shoot & problem solve client issues 
* Provide tech guidance on software,
* Input date fr missing timesheets 
* Responsible for accurate data entry for Payroll and Accounts Payable

Experience Needed:
2+ years of solid administrative or customer service experience
Great attitude with professional appearance; must be patient and have the ability to walk through the use of software processes
Must have precise attention to detail
Microsoft Office including intermediate Excel skills, will be tested; Vesta and Camp Time not required
Payroll and AP experience preferred***
