Field Service Home Auditor – Healthcare

Qualifications 

Two years full-time study at an accredited college or university or individuals hired with a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) may substitute one year of full time employment in a supervisory capacity in a health care facility, agency or community based agency for each required year of college 

Responsibilities 

This position will be responsible for conducting on-site client evaluations and developing service plans in conjunction with findings 

Perform other field visits as assigned 

Complete visits as scheduled and report daily to supervisor 

Train and supervise attendants 

Complete the appropriate forms and turns into the office within 48 hours of visit
