Human Resources Business Partner NEEDED ASAP!
To 40$ hourly with required experience

SUMMARY: HR Business Partner is tasked with reporting on HR metrics, enhancing workforce retention, developing recruitment strategies, managing termination processes, managing risk, engagement enhancement programs, employee relations, compensation analysis, initiating employee wellness activities and ensuring compliance to regulations. They also analyze trends and develop workforce plans to resolve issues and make a positive impact on overall business results.

Duties:

  • Act as a liaison between business partners and HR functions to address business needs (recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, etc.)
  • Consults with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Provides proactive coaching and training of employees and managers
  • Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Provides HR analysis and reporting on various programs
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Provide HR policy guidance
  • Manages Leave of Absences and Reasonable Accommodations.
  • Analyzes HR-related data (e.g., turnover metrics, exit interview data, workforce demographics) and provides reports and guidance to business leaders
  • Develop and manage recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing needs
  • Coaches, advises, and guides managers in effectively handling employee relations issues, while mitigating exposure and risk to the business
  • Ensuring compliance with multiple state minimum wage and sick leave laws
  • Communicate changes in Company policies
  • Promote HR projects and initiatives, such as performance and talent management, training and development, recruiting practices and HRIS analytics
  • Ability to work independently, without significant direction and to use resources effectively
  • Conduct new employee onboarding as needed
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Suggest new HR strategies
  • Creates and manages staff wellness initiatives
  • Participate in special projects as requested or desired
  • Safeguards confidentiality of the medical records and complies with all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to medical records. Assures compliance with all HIPAA regulations concerning use, retrieval, storage and sharing of medical records
  • Report findings of inquiries, complaints and employee satisfaction to applicable management when necessary
  • Assists in training and/or cross-training employees
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Five or more years of advanced experience in Human Resources
  • Experience working in a multi-function, multi-geography environment preferred
  • Paycor Now preferred
  • SPHR / SHRM – SCP / PHR / SHRM-CP certification preferred
