At least four years of accounting experience, with one of those years working for a credit union.

Strong experience in the following processes:
Financial Statement Preparation
Fixed Assets
Tax Rendition
Advanced Excel user
Accruals
Reviewing, coding, and preparing journal entries
Prepaid expenses
Cash Management
General Ledger reconciliation
Call Report Preparation Experience
Audit Preparation experience  
1099 Preparation (so they can review year end 1099 results for accuracy)
Accounts Payable (so they can review others work)

A plus would be:
Preparation of ALCO and Board Packet reports
FR2900 reporting
Process improvement experience
Problem resolution experience
Reviewing others work for accuracy
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Audit fixed asset inventory
Experience with Episys, ARCU, SAGE fixed asset software
FASB process
