Sales Manager – IMMEDIATE NEED
Direct Hire; 125K+/- (open to discuss comp plan – base, commissions, car allowance, etc.)
Northwest Houston

**Strong expertise in Fire, Sprinkler, and Security

Duties:

  • Maximize sales potential by assembling the right team (accountability and tracking)
  • Coach and manage team of 5 inside sales reps.
  • Meet service and contracting revenue growth targets
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands customer base and presence
  • Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales team
  • Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding needs
  • Present sales and revenue reports and present realistic forecasts to management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and compensation status

Qualifications:

  • High school degree required; some college preferred
  • Successful experience as a sales manager; given lots of autonomy
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent coaching and management skills; strong leadership, team spirit, and positivity
  • Passion for sales and industry products/services
