Sales Manager – IMMEDIATE NEED
Direct Hire; 125K+/- (open to discuss comp plan – base, commissions, car allowance, etc.)
Northwest Houston
**Strong expertise in Fire, Sprinkler, and Security
Duties:
- Maximize sales potential by assembling the right team (accountability and tracking)
- Coach and manage team of 5 inside sales reps.
- Meet service and contracting revenue growth targets
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands customer base and presence
- Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales team
- Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding needs
- Present sales and revenue reports and present realistic forecasts to management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and compensation status
Qualifications:
- High school degree required; some college preferred
- Successful experience as a sales manager; given lots of autonomy
- Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent coaching and management skills; strong leadership, team spirit, and positivity
- Passion for sales and industry products/services

- Open to implement new CRM system based on introduction from Sales Manager
