  • Maintain good standing with States by filing annual reports and license renewals
  • Record monthly journal entries for the month-end closing process
  • Balance and analyze various general ledger accounts
  • Provide support for annual audits and various taxing authorities
  • Provide daily morning report for drawdown
  • Reconcile cash, medical accounts, and intercompany and bank accounts against general ledger
  • Assist in monthly financial package to bank
  • Assist in filing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales taxes
  • Assist in monthly rent vouchering and ASC842 requirements
  • Relate to and address issues with internal and external customers
  • Coordinate and work with branch personnel and management
  • Help maintain and troubleshoot various accounting computer systems


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required with 3-5 years’ experience in accounting
  • Strong Microsoft Office including Excel; navigate database systems to complete accounting assignments
  • Analyze data and draw logical conclusions to accurately process, provide, and implement accounting information
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Collaborative and ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment; team player
  • Professionalism, dependability, integrity, trustworthiness, and a cooperative attitude
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, multitasker, meets deadlines, organized, and attention to detail
