CONTROLLER – DFW/ HYBRID
Professional Alternatives, specialists in accounting and finance placement, has partnered with a growing consumer products company to assist them in finding a Controller. This person will have a very broad role that is critical to the success of this rapidly growing company. The right person will be comfortable wearing multiple hats both in accounting, finance and partnering closely with operations.
- Policy, procedure and internal controls
- Work closely with CFO, CIO and CEO
- Develop best practices and identify key performance indicators
- Seat at the table to help drive the business
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong communicator and a desire to partner with multiple departments
- Manufacturing, retail or distribution is a plus
- CPA or CMA preferred but not required
