Licensed Loan Officer Assistant – in office
- Experience with completing Loan Application in person or over phone
- Calculate income
- Prepare Loan Disclosures and preparing/running cost estimate numbers for pre-approved buyers; sending pre-approvals
- Time management – communication and follow up with customers, realtors and referral partners and managing leads in Sales Force
- Experience with running application through DU Findings and reading/analyzing to make sure meets all requirements
- Ability to read Fraud Guard and findings
