Assistant Controller
Our Client, a D/FW based, 700 million dollar PE backed manufacturing and distribution company is looking for an Assistant Controller. This is a company that we have excellent history with.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Controller with all ME close and Financial Reporting
- Supervise Staff as needed
- Serve as the technical expert to Controller and CFO
- Acquisition accounting
- Internal Controls and policy and procedures
- Special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Accounting or Finance Degree
- 5 or more years of full scope accounting experience
- Prefer public accounting or large company background
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics plus
