HR Compensation Analyst – Downtown
Contract Position, 1 month for a Special HR Project
Hourly rate based on experience and qualifications, $35+ hour
Job Description
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct salary surveys for the current employee population – 150+ employees
- Report directly to Director of Talent and Rewards and their team
- Review salary data and comparisons based on job duties, titles and locations
- Work directly with HR and other departments and teams to fulfill data, reporting, and trend analysis requests
- Assist HR department in compiling, reviewing and maintaining the department’s salary and compensation budget and actual costs
- Completes other duties and tasks as assigned by team leaders
Other Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee confidence and corporate assets by keeping information confidential
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years’ finance, accounting, economics, business or HR analytics experience in a corporate setting
- Strong spreadsheet and financial reporting skills
- Proficiency in the use and application of the following software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook); Enertia, SAP, Workday preferred
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or equivalent job experience of 4+ years
