Retail Sales Assistant
Hours: 10:30-5 In office
18-20$ hourly
Galleria location

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Set up showroom daily
  • Greet and assist visitors; provide general support to visitors
  • Provide polite and professional communication
  • Provide information through correspondence by answering questions and requests such as replying to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
  • Implement clerical duties and administrative processes such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, photocopying, and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Handle multiple projects and sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient, with approval
  • Contribute and support team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed or asked
  • Enter items and sales tickets into Edge
  • Deliver presentations and meeting agendas as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for team


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
