Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Professional Alternatives is partnering with a Dallas based, multi-billion  dollar, multi-site company to assist in finding them a Director of FP and A.  Our client is very profitable, stable and extremely well managed.  Here is some additional information:  

Requirements:

• BBA required
• MBA is a plus
• 8 to 10 years of broad FP and A experience
• Prefer someone coming from a billion dollar plus entity
• Excellent communication required
• Three statement modeling experience
• M and A/Valuation experience is a plus
• Full understanding of P and L
• Stable work history
• Prefer manufacturing, retail or distribution, but not a must

Responsibilities

• Assist VP and CFO; presentations to the CEO
• Financial modeling/make recommendations to the business for improvements
• Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Projections
• Scenario analysis, branch modeling, and M and A
• KPI Reporting
