Human Resources Coordinator – fully in office
Direct Hire; up to 70K + impressive bonus package
Downtown Houston

Duties:
 

  • Provide administrative and technical support to assist HR Department in the delivery of various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees
  • Coordinate and manage summer intern process both undergrad and MBA
  • Coordinate career fairs to include attendance, materials, and logistics
  • Handle diverse communications initiatives to include company newsletters, health screens, town hall, and benefits insight
  • Support with intern training to include logistics and travel for interns
  • Handle engagement survey support and analytics 
  • Support with learning and development to include participation travel, meeting rooms, logistics, and preparation and printing of marketing collateral (field management training, leadership training, etc.
  • Handle culture-related events to include celebration planning and setup, events committee, wall of fame, company calendar, employee giving, top workplaces survey, service awards, and more
  • Provide back-up support related to new hires, hiring, 3rd party vendor communications and management, hiring, personnel file maintenance, onboarding, orientations, hiring manager support, job search coordination, recruitment material management, etc.

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in human resources, business administration, industrial psychology, or a closely related field
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite; ADP HRB/Employees preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision
  • Excellent communication combined with outstanding administrative and organizational skills
