We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collector to contact members, remind them of overdrawn accounts, and work collaboratively to bring accounts current. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact members to remind them of overdrawn accounts and the need to bring them current to prevent charge-offs.
• Collaborate with members to establish repayment plans and negotiate mutually agreeable terms.
• Provide excellent customer service while addressing inquiries related to overdrawn accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and account status.
• Utilize communication skills to effectively convey the importance of resolving account issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in collections or a similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport with members.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
