Vendor Management Assistant
Immediate Opportunity! Needed ASAP
Indefinite Contract role in Downtown Houston
Hourly pay $26-30 hour depending on experience

 

  • Oversee Vendor setup information and generate reports
  • Monitor new vendor data as completed by field operations staff
  • Enter data into SAP and FS2 (SAP-integrated AP software ) so Accounts Payable team can process payments when work is completed
  • Process updates for current vendors including addresses, banking, phone numbers, contact persons, etc. as these change routinely
  • Assist with issuing and reviewing Form 1099s per HR and Payroll team
  • Support Risk & Insurance Management team with other duties as assigned

Must Have:

  • 1099 experience
  • SAP experience
  • FS2 experience (an integrated system with SAP for AP automation)
  • Strong MS Office including Excel proficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or 5 years' pertinent job experience 
  • Strong organization skills; able to meet tight deadlines
  • Team contributor; able to quickly change priorities and focus
