A/R Collections Analyst – East Houston
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Handle collection efforts on past due accounts, including daily/weekly phone calls and emails.
  • Record information about communication with customers and status of collection efforts.
  • Maintain and update customer files, including name or address changes.
  • Attend weekly A/R meetings and provide updates on past due items.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in A/R matters.
  • Assist with the resolution of client disputes.
  • Other tasks as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, 6+ years of experience.
  • Prior experience in Accounting, A/R Management, or Collections is strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter, detail oriented.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
  • Experience with Portals a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and telecommunication skills.
  • Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Be able to multi-task and think effectively in a fast-paced environment.
