Contract Executive Assistant
3-4 month assignment, covering for maternity leave

Inner Loop/Midtown Area
8am to 5pm
$30 hour

Starting mid-June through mid-September, but may be adjusted based on business needs and training with current staff. 

Duties:

  • Support Executive with calendar management, travel arrangements and special events
  • Answer phones and take detailed messages
  • Manage incoming mail and deliveries – sort, open, and manage
  • Support with events to include set up, vendor coordination, guest lists, and invitations
  • Follow established processes and procedures per instructions from the Office Manager

Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exercise quick and accurate judgment
  • Effective and proactive problem-solver, analyzing all situations thoroughly to anticipate problems before they arise
  • Work independently, set priorities, and work under pressure to meet changing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills; successfully manage multiple projects
  • Easy-going attitude who works well with different workstyles
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information; high degree of professionalism in dealing with all household personnel, vendors, and family
  • Maintain flexibility and creativity
