Bilingual Scanning/Office Administrator needed ASAP
Immediate contract to hire Opportunity!
To $15 hourly (increase once hired permanently)

Job Duties:

  • Answer and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Greet guests and visitors
  • Perform document control and management, scan and file items
  • Manage conference room calendars
  • Help schedule company meetings and events as needed
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain supplies and re order as needed
  • Responsible for lobby and guest areas – review for cleanliness, notify mgmt. if needed
  • Distribute mail, sign and accept packages/mail

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years' experience as administrative assistant or front desk role in a professional environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Maturity, professional presentation and verbiage, strong work ethic, character, values and a confident attitude; demonstrate prompt and consistent attendance
  • Exceptional follow-through, organization and attention to detail; multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong spelling, editing, proofreading, punctuation and grammar skills

*** Must have clear background and pass drug screen prior to employment
