Candidate Operations Director
Direct Hire; up to 140K + incentives
West Chase
**Prefer fully in office but open to hybrid; 2 days remote and 3 in office


  • Develop and lead 2 global recruitment teams:  
    • “Target” team of recruiters in the US headhunting passive candidates
    • “Volume” recruitment team in Colombia focused on automated engagement of candidates
  • Partner with client facing teams to prioritize recruiting capacity and deliver qualified/interested candidates for interviews
  • Quickly assess current scenario (>$1M in active requisitions), align current resources for productivity, and grow team capacity and capability; majority of roles are SAP related for US government projects and must be a US Citizen with ability to pass security clearance
  • Partner with continuous improvement team to update performance metrics
  • Partner with internal systems teams to improve internal tech systems and data movement utilizing provided resources of internal support, funds for systems, approvals for hiring, etc.
  • Travel to Bogota quarterly (approximately) and possible travel domestically to meet with clients


  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Advanced software and technology skills to include Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems/plug-ins/data management tools, recruiting resources, and more
  • Exceptional independent problem-solving skills
  • Strong production recruitment leadership and mentorship experience
  • Deep understanding of recruitment operational design and KPIs
  • Excellent passive candidate influence skills
