Front Desk Admin/Receptionist

Position Overview:
As an entry-level receptionist, you will be the face of the company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the office runs smoothly. You will have the chance to develop valuable skills, work with a diverse team, and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it organized and presentable.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Learn and use office equipment, software, and tools to perform daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various projects and tasks as needed.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Previous experience is a plus but not required.
