Role and Responsibilities

  • Process full-cycle accounts payable
  • Review/correct coding.
  • Ensure timely review Monthly/Quarterly Reconciliation of all active vendor statements
  • Prepare Monthly Accruals
  • Research missing AP invoices & issues
  • Provide accounts payable support and guidelines for all locations
  • Create Reports
  • Coordinate with all departments for timely processing of invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with existing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
2-4 years’ experience in Accounts Payable processing, or admin experience.
Preferred Skills
Must be very detailed orientated, have excellent Excel skills, and prior experience with Accounts Payable Processing.
