IT Desktop Support
Temp to hire 
Salary: $20-$25 per hour 
Hours: 8am -5pm with one hour lunch
Location:   77081

**This position will require driving once the temp period is completed. We will need:

• • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proof of insurance on personal vehicle that they may be driving for work
  • MVR Background check, employees must have a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
  • When the candidate begins driving, they will be added to the random drug testing pool due driving company vehicle or own vehicle for work purposes.

The ideal candidate should possess the qualities below:

• At least 2+ years of experience preferred but open to entry level candidates
• AV monitoring & remediation, through familiarity with MS Windows, OS and office productivity suite
• Ability to Troubleshoot the following
  • Hardware
  • Software
  • OS issues on company desktops/laptops
  • Printer issues
  • VPN issues
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team Player
• Takes initiative
• Ability to interact with individuals in various levels of organization
