Contract Coordinator Needed ASAP
to $26 hourly
Great North West Houston location -77041
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to prepare a proposal package that is compliant, consistent in format, compelling, and delivered on time.
- Execute multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to hard deadlines.
- Communicate and coordinate with the sales team and subject matter experts.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent writing skills (grammar, punctuation, spelling, vocabulary, clarity, brevity, engagement, flow) and the ability to synthesize/present information in written format.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft software suite, specifically Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Bid/Tender portal software knowledge is preferred.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks.
