Sr. Finance Coordinator – In-Office
Direct Hire; up to 65K + bonus

**Prefer a candidate with lot purchase terminology experience AND a few years of experience

Duties:
 

  • Liaise and communicate daily with title companies and internal team members regarding timing of lot purchase transactions
  • Initiate lot purchases and coordinate closing transactions with national title companies and attorneys
  • Review lot purchase closing documents for accuracy using purchase contracts to research and confirm correct closing costs and credits
  • Create, maintain, and update reporting or tracking of documents ensuring accurate and timely lot purchases
  • Monitor and/or limit quantity and lot type of certain transactions through approval process
  • Partner with team members in new and upcoming markets to establish and facilitate correct lot purchase procedures

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • 3+ years’ experience working with lot purchase contracts, loans, and closing process
  • Tech savvy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel (formulas, graphs/charts, spreadsheets), and Outlook
  • MUST be comfy picking up the phone, talking to others, and developing relationships; exemplary communication skills and customer service  
  • Great multi-tasking/problem-solving approach; accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively address issues with minimal direction
  • Adept at working with people across all professional levels in company and community
  • Ability to maintain and protect confidential information
  • Positive, energetic, and professional
