Proposals Lead
Direct Hire; up to 100K
NW Houston  

**Highly networked role requiring ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines
**Seeking a team member to take proposals to the next level

Duties:
 

• Coordinate and produce proposal (RFI, RFQ, RFP, etc.) response
• Assemble a proposal team with skills to prepare and submit a winning proposal
• Schedule and run proposal kick-off meetings and lead storyboarding sessions
• Introduce and implement proposal procedures and governance
• Deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
• Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders (sales, marketing, and product teams)
• Communicate and influence at a senior level
• Coach sales teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practices
• Ensure proposals and presentations are brand compliant
• Facilitate discussions to bid or not to bid
• Act as point of contact for Sales and Customer
• Assist in evaluation and award of various state contracts

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s degree a plus with 5-10 years of relative work experience
• Technically/technology savvy; strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience successfully planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals
• Experience in facilitating key review meetings, final document review, coordinating proposal governance/sign off, document production, and delivery of the completed proposal
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Exemplary leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project-based activities
