Role: Customer Service Representative + Inside Sales

Compensation: $15 an hour + uncapped commission and a full benefits package

Location & Hours: Bedford, Texas, Monday through Friday fully in-office

***Must be flexible to potentially work Saturdays once the call center opens up on that day***

Qualifications

· 1+ year of inside sales, energy experience or call center/customer service experience

· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

· Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment as a team player

· A desire to understand customer needs and frustrations

· Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment

· Strong interpersonal, analytical, oral and written skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

· Demonstrated ability in computer skills, including email, CRM system & Web-based tool
