Job Type: Full-time – IN office 

Salary: $15/hr base + uncapped commissions ($50,000 – $60,000 OTE)

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday Afternoon/Evening shifts

· Must be flexible to potentially work Saturdays once the call center opens up on that day

· Bedford, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Qualifications

· 1+ year of inside sales experience preferred

· 1+ year of energy experience a plus but not required

· 1+ year of customer service experience preferred

· Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment as a team player

· A desire to understand customer needs and frustrations

· Ability to Build rapport over the phone and via text

· Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment

· Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

· Strong oral and written commitment skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

· Demonstrated ability in computer skills, including email, CRM system & Web-based tool
