We are  looking for a highly motivated individual to fill our Warehouse Lead Shipper Receiver! The Warehouse Supervisor will assist in day-to-day tasks, which include shipping, receiving, stocking, organizing, pulling orders, safety management and loading the delivery truck. The Warehouse Supervisor position is responsible for maintaining an organized, safe working environment while efficiently processing orders which meet and exceed the customer’s expectations for quality and timeliness. You will work closely with Customer Service as well as directly with customers to ensure the fill rates are as high as possible, filled as quickly as possible, with all special requirements met for each individual customer. 

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to connect and build relationships with associates, vendors and customers
  • Able to work through a problem and make decisions independently as appropriate
  • Identify and correct unsafe conditions, behaviors, and incorrect work processes
  • Make incremental improvements in quality, delivery, and productivity within the team
  • Perform weekly cycle counts and report findings
  • Actively participates in long- and short-term planning as a key member of warehouse team
  • Ensure all orders are Picked accurately and ensure that all orders run through a pick verification process
  • Manage the Department’s KPI’s (Quality, Schedule, Shipment Accuracy, Inventory Accuracy)
  • Ensure warehouse is physically clean and orderly
  • Ensure adequate shipping supplies for forecasted activities
  • Ensure inventory is accurately displayed and locations is documented
  • Verify inventory is correctly posted on the system
  • Schedule inbound and outbound freight with appropriate carriers, modes, and requirements, considering shipment weight, size, value and schedule requirements

Work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong mathematical skills
Work individually as well as on a team
Forklift experience (certified)

Qualifications:
High School Degree or Equivalent Required
Knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing technology and practices
Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required
Basic math functions
Physically be able to safely lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
Bilingual is a huge plus

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7am – 4pm
