Field Service Home Auditor – Healthcare
Contract-to-Hire | Galleria Area
Up to $16-$17/hour + $100/wk stipend and standard mileage -company phone provided after training!
Join our team and make a difference! We're seeking a dedicated Field Service Home Auditor to conduct on-site evaluations and develop personalized service plans for our healthcare clients. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate.
About the Role:
As a Field Service Home Auditor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive on-site evaluations of client homes
- Developing tailored service plans based on evaluation findings
- Performing field visits as assigned and reporting daily to your supervisor
- Training and supervising attendants to deliver exceptional care
- Completing all necessary paperwork and submitting it within 48 hours of visits
Qualifications:
- Two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university
- OR high school diploma or GED with one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based agency for each required year of college
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
