Galleria Firm adding a Defense Paralegal to the team

Position will be supporting a Partner and 3 Associates

Responsibilities include:

• Summarize cases and prepare reports for attorneys
• Conduct research, investigate facts, and develop legal arguments
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, depositions, and pleadings
• Prepare and file documents with courts
• Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing cases
• Keep track of changes in the legal framework and provide timely updates on these changes
• Conduct client interviews and maintain general contact with the client
• Locate and interview witnesses
• Conduct investigations, statistical and documentary, and legal research
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimony

Position is Hybrid 3/2

At least 5 years in a defense litigation role is needed
