Our Galleria client is in need of an Insurance Defense Legal Secretary to support busy transportation practice.
Position is hybrid 

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the legal field. responsibilities include

  • Secretarial duties with an understanding of legal terminology.
  • Must have the ability to work independently to maintain and complete numerous administrative and legal tasks of varying complexity.
  • Generate, develop, and organize documentation and forms
  • Oversee and coordinate court filings, including E-filing and E-service.
  • Complex document production experience and substantial administrative experience, including extensive experience working directly with clients.
  • Proofreading skills.
  • Must be proficient in using MS Office Suite and have strong formatting experience.
