Our Galleria client is in need of an Insurance Defense Legal Secretary to support busy transportation practice.
Position is hybrid
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the legal field. responsibilities include
- Secretarial duties with an understanding of legal terminology.
- Must have the ability to work independently to maintain and complete numerous administrative and legal tasks of varying complexity.
- Generate, develop, and organize documentation and forms
- Oversee and coordinate court filings, including E-filing and E-service.
- Complex document production experience and substantial administrative experience, including extensive experience working directly with clients.
- Proofreading skills.
- Must be proficient in using MS Office Suite and have strong formatting experience.
